Order and Delivery
When can I expect my order?
The average delivery time is between 5-8 working days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. Due to this unique business model, we save significantly on storage and transport costs. This allows us to offer the products at a lower price and cover the shipping costs ourselves. If there is any delay in your delivery, we will of course keep you updated.
How long does shipping take?
We need 48 hours to process your order, and then it takes 5 to a maximum of 8 working days to deliver it to you.
The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. However, sometimes a delay may occur during the shipping process. If you haven't received your order 3 days after the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@williams-london.co.uk .
Where do you ship your products from?
We have stock of our products abroad. Occasionally, if stock at one location runs out, we will ship your order from a warehouse in another country to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
All customs and handling fees are paid before shipment as they are already included in the price. So don't worry, you won't have to pay any additional fees!
Do you offer track and trace?
Yes, please wait 3 to 4 days after your order, and you will receive the tracking number via the email address provided during checkout. If you haven't received anything after 5 days, please request it via email at info@williams-london.co.uk .
Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of your order will arrive very soon.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Simply send a picture of the damaged item to info@williams-london.co.uk , and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
Do you have a refund policy?
If you want to return an item, we can only accept it if the packaging is unopened/unused. Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer. You can return the item within 14 days after receipt.

I haven't received a response to my email?
Although we generally respond to all emails within 24 hours, we kindly ask you to wait up to 3 working days for a response. If you are missing your order confirmation email, please check your spam folder. We ship worldwide, so depending on your country, orders may take anywhere from 3 days to 14 days in some cases. Please track your order through our tracking page.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email. If your order has not been shipped yet, we can refund you directly. However, please note that once we have shipped your order, we can no longer cancel it. Your solution will then be to return the product to us once it is received, according to our return and refund policy.
